At the
Moghul Premier Tandoori Restaurant, we strive to set the same
high standards both in our food and on our restauarant. We
specialize in Tandoori, Khorai and Balti dishes.Tandoor is
a charcoal oven made from Indian clay which during the cooking
process seals in the flavours. Khorai and Balti are the traditional
Indian cast iron cooking vessels which are kept sizzling hot
and give extra flavour to the dishes that are served in them.
Each individual dish is artfully prepared by adding appropriate
ingredients and blending spices at various stages of cooking
to impart their own distinctive flavour. |
